Frequently Asked Questions
What is this space and who is it for?
This is a psychological counselling and consulting practice focused on living through change. I work with individuals, and organisations who are navigating migration, intercultural relationships, diversity, and adaptation in their everyday lives and work.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book through the online booking system on the website or contact me by email. If you are unsure whether this is the right space for you, you can first schedule an introductory (free) session to ask questions and get a sense of how it feels to talk together.
How long is a session and how often do we meet?
Individual sessions last 50 minutes. Frequency depends on your situation and will be agreed together, many people start with weekly or bi-weekly sessions and adjust as we go.
Do I need to have a migration background to work with you?
No. Many of my clients do have experiences with migration, intercultural relationships, or working in diverse environments, but this is not a requirement. The focus is on how you are experiencing change, adaptation, and identity in your life right now.
Do you work with organisations?
Yes. I offer consultation, training, and workshops for organisations and teams working in contexts of change and diversity—for example NGOs, universities, and companies working with international staff, migrants and refugees, or rapidly changing environments.
Which languages do you work in?
I offer sessions in English and Turkish. You are welcome to move between languages during the session if that feels natural.
